Life Coaching is a collaborative process. Coach and client work together to share open conversations to explore your dreams, goals and challenges. As a coach I use a variety of coaching tools and techniques to assist and guide our discussions and to enable you to find the right strategies and solutions for you.
A coaching session typically runs for approx 1 hour and can be conducted in person, on the phone or via ZOOM.
Coaching packages vary depending on individual goals, challenges and circumstances. We will discuss in our first session how you would like to work and a coaching package/schedule that will best suit you.
